Relationships are key, and with such a key residential development as Warner Lakes in the north of Brisbane, our clients required not only a “wow” structure but also a non-fragmented delivery that they could trust and rely on from design through to construction.

Working with Landscape Architects, Cardno Splat, our relationship found a strong synergy in delivering a recreational space that will be well utilised by the residents of this community – young and old alike.

We were able to create the wow with the fantastic play value offered by the Evos system – and increase the wow with the innovative colour palette launched earlier this year.  The natural greens and blues blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape and integrate cleanly with the shelter and BBQ area, creating an area full of innovative aesthetics and sculptural appeal – begging to be played on!

This particlar Evos model has a great range of climbing events with the hemisphere, o-zone and helix net climbers, fitness activities with the “PowerLifter” chinning and “TwirlWind” turning bars and the fun and physical Blender Spinner.  The Rush Slide, Noodle Pod steps and WobblePod bouncer mean there’s fun for everyone as well as the developmental benefits of strength, motor planning and coordination!!

All Abilities Inclusive Play components are a must for any community playspace, and the multi user Oodle Swing and Omni Spin provide vestibular fun and social interaction.

The housing stages are due to open later this year – by which time the landscaping will be well established and this will be a stunning area for the residents of this new community to enjoy.

A year from the original concept through to the final completion late September, our clients have complimented us on our professionalism throughout, our after sales service and the knowledge and competence of our Construction team.  For that we are of course very proud.
