Stock of regularly required or consumable spare parts are held in our distribution warehouse located in Brisbane, QLD. For all other replacement requirements, we can have any part manufactured and shipped direct to you to be fitted. What if I need more than a spare part?
Do you have an older project, lots of equipment or something from a previous Playscape Creations’ supplier? Parts can be air couriered direct to location or your depot within an expected time of 4-6 weeks. Major componentry will be quoted and shipped separately.
Servicing and Warranties
It is imperative that proactive inspections and maintenance are undertaken as per the handover documentation provided in order to keep your equipment in great condition. Further information on your obligations for playground maintenances and inspections can be found here.
If your system and componentry is still within your warranty period and has been properly maintained and inspected, but the equipment is not operating as expected, you may wish to put forward a warranty claim.

Fixed Price Servicing and Maintenance
When purchasing our equipment, we highly recommend utilising our Fixed Price Inspections and Maintenance packages whereby our team will carry out preventative maintenance inspections to uncover potential safety hazards and check and correct all moving parts, fasteners, bolts etc. Any parts required can be arranged in advance and fitted at a subsequent inspection/service, or when a suitably qualified fitter is in the area.
